KYU first lit the flames in Wynwood, where woodfire, Asian-inspired flavors and Miami energy came together around one open kitchen. Smoke in the air. Music in the room. Plates made for the table. Nights that never really felt like just dinner.

From Miami to New York to Las Vegas, we've kept the fire burning.

Now, it's LA's turn.

This November, KYU lands in Century City—bringing the signature wood-fired cooking that started it all, a brand-new room built around the flame, and a little bit of that Miami heat with us.

Wood-Fired Short Rib
